What do our pupils say about their school?
We asked our Year 6 children who left us last year to reflect on their time at St Benedict’s and all they had learnt and achieved. Here is what they said…
‘By the time a child leaves St Benedict’s they will …’
- Have a strong faith and love of God.
- Be helpful, caring individuals who will be loving and appreciative of all they are given.
- Be proud of their accomplishments.
- Be resilient, able to face challenges and solve any new problems they come across.
- Use their wonderful talents and gifts to change the world for the better
- Be more confident and will always be ready for the next steps.
- Have friendships for life.
- Have a number of great memories of special teachers and events.
- Be proud to be a pupil of St Benedict’s. I have learnt to be a kind, caring and thoughtful person. I always look out for others.
- I have many great memories of St. Benedict’s which I will remember for life.
- Have many friends who support each other.
- Be a loving person
- Be someone who will enjoy learning new things and always do their best.
- Be compassionate to the needs of others.
- Be ready for tougher challenges ahead because they will be confident and have developed many gifts and talents at St Benedict’s

- Be a mature and loving person who is ready for whatever challenges lie ahead of them. They will also have discovered all of their gifts and talents God has given to them and will be ready for more!
